  1. Take 2 ltr Milk
  2. Take 1 cup Basmati Rice
  3. Get 1 cup Sugar
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Cardamom powder

  6. Take Few saffron strands

This kheer recipe is very easy to make and required very few ingredients. All of the ingredients will be available in your pantry. Steps to make Rice Kheer:
  1. Rinse basmati rice couple of times & then soak in enough water for 15 to 20 mins.
  2. Meanwhile, take milk in a heavy wide pan or a kadhai. Keep the pan on a low to medium flame, stir it at intervals so that the milk does not stick at the bottom of the pan.
  3. Let the milk come to a boil. Keep stirring & let it reduce to half.
  4. Then add raw rice to milk. Let it cook, keep stirring. Once the rice is cooked. Add sugar keep stirring & let the sugar melt.
  5. Then add saffron, elaichi powder & dry fruits. Let it cook for another 10 mins. Keep stirring.
  6. Your mouthwatering kheer is ready to be served.
