- Make ready 2 lb meat
- Make ready 1 tbsp salt

- Get 1 tsp oregano
- Prepare Pickled Onions
- Make ready 1 big onion
- Take 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Make ready 1 tbsp salt
- Take 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Get 1/2 fresh lemon juice
- Take Veggies
- Prepare 1 cucumber
- Get 1 big tomato
- Take 1 lettuce
- Make ready 12 flour tortillas
- Prepare Hummus
- Prepare 1 can chick peas
- Prepare 1 tbsp olive oil
- Get 1 garlic cloves
- Take 1 lime juice
Instructions to make Easy Shawarma:
- Meat: Cut the meat in stripes and chop the stripes in 1 inch pieces. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, cinnamon and add lemon juice and oil. I like to throw lemon wedges in. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Pickled Onions: Chop the onions, add salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice, give it a gentle mix and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Veggies: Cut the veggies, take the cucumber seeds out to prevent the dish to get too watery and place them in a bowl. Refrigerate.
- Yoghurt: Take the yoghurt, add the olive oil and oregano, gently mix and set aside.

- Meat 2: Cook the meat into a hot pan, turning the pieces every 2-3 minutes, i like to add lemon wedges and big chunks of onions into the pan.
- Tortillas: Heat the tortillas up and keep them warm.
- Putting it togheter: Put the hummus in the tortilla making circles with a spoon.
- PIT 2: Add meat, veggies, yoghurt and pickled onions.
