- Take 2 cup All-purpose Flour
- Prepare 2 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- Get 2 Tbsp Semolina
- Make ready 5 Tbsp Ghee
- Prepare pinch Saffron
- Prepare 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- Prepare 1/2 cup Milk
- Make ready 2 cup Sugar
- Take 1 cup Water
- Get As needed dry fruits (Almonds and Pistachios) for garnishing
Steps to make Kesari Satta:
- Take a bowl & add wheat flour, semolina,sesame seeds, baking powder & ghee. Mix all ingredients. Add milk gradually & make a dough. Once dough is ready keep it aside.
- Divide the dough into small portion & roll. Cut into round pieces using bowl. Prick it with fork. Tikki’s are ready.
- Heat some oil and put the tikki one by one. - Once the tikki turns light brown take it out.
- In a pan make sugar syrup. Add 2 cup sugar & 1 cup water. Add saffron. Once the syrup thicken and it has 2 string thread. It’s ready.
- Apply some ghee in a plate. Dip the tikki in syrup one by one garnish with dry fruits. Repeat the same process with all tikki.
- Kesari Satta are ready..!!
