- In a large bowl. Take wheat flour, besan, palak puree, jeera powder, garam masala, hing, saunf, haldi, oil & salt.
- Mix & knead together to make a soft dough. Let it rest for 15-20 mins.
- Take a medium size ball from the dough, sprinkle flour on it & roll it like a chapati.
- Heat a tawa. Place the paratha on it. When paratha gets bubbles over it flip & spread some ghee on it. Flip it again & apply some ghee on the other side of the paratha. Roast it until it becomes a little crispy.
- Your palak paratha is ready to be served. Serve it hot with pickle, curd, chutney or cucumber raita. It tastes delicious.
