- Take Peppers
- Prepare Onions
- Prepare cubes Seasoning

Slowly stir in half-and-half; mix until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cool slightly, then transfer soup to a blender. Work in two batches, if necessary to keep the soup from escaping the blender as you blend.
Instructions to make Spinach soup:
- Bleach your spinach and set aside.
- Cook your meat, pomo, stock fish, intestines and also set aside.
- Pound your peppers and set aside also.
- In a pot add your palm oil when it's hot slice your onions and add.
- When the onions is brown put in all your meat, pomo, stock fish and intestines fry them a little then add in your pounder pepper and continue to fry.
- When done add water your ginger and garlic, black pepper and seasoning cubes.
- Allow to boil for few minutes then add in your bleach spinach and turn it.
- Turn of the heat and allow to set for few minutes and ready to enjoy.
Alternatively, an immersion blender can be used to blend the soup in the pot. Add the remaining fresh spinach to the soup, and blend until smooth. Heat the butter in a large saucepan. Add the spring onions, leek, celery and potato. Stir and put on the lid.
