- Heat ghee in the kadahi or pan.
- Roast Soya powder into ghee for 3 to 4 minutes on lower flame.
- Now,take it out from kadahi or pan.Keep it aside in plate.
- Stir Now,add sugar in same kadahi.Let it be caramelize.
- Stir it untill sugar convert into liquid.(Do not add water).
- Now,add milk into the caramelized sugar.
- Stir it till milk gets thicker.Add cardomon seeds.
- It will take almost 6 to 7 minutes on high flame.
- Now,add roasted soya powder in the milk.
- Mix it well.Stir it almost 5 minutes on lower flame.
- Our Rabri is ready.Take it out in kulhads(Earthenware cups).
- Garnish with chopped Pistachio and almonds and keep these kulhads in freeze for 15 minutes.It gives very good taste.
